All sales of digital art downloads are final and non-refundable. Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital products (files are delivered immediately upon purchase), we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction.

Exceptions (case-by-case, at our discretion):

• The file is corrupted, damaged, or fails to download properly → We'll resend a working file or provide an alternative (no cash refund needed).
• Duplicate accidental purchase of the exact same item → Full refund for the duplicate only (contact us within 24 hours with proof).
• Unauthorized/ fraudulent charge → Handle directly with your payment provider (Stripe/PayPal), but we'll cooperate.

No exceptions for:

• "I don't like it" or "changed my mind" after download.
• Already accessed/downloaded files.
• Requests after the purchase is complete.

Please read product descriptions, previews, and file details carefully before buying. All previews are representative of the final high-res file.
